Aphrodite holding her Drapery at The Louvre, Paris

This marble fragment of a sculpture depicts Aphrodite holding onto her drapery to avoid it from falling from her form. There are undertones, intrinsic to the Goddess to Love, of sex and copulation in many sculptures that are about her. This piece is believed to be greek and made in 100 BC.
